The things we're asked most.
Can I just walk in?
No — we're appointment only. Every slot is blocked out for the hours your style needs, so there's no spare chair. Book online and the time is guaranteed yours.
How do I change or cancel my appointment?
Appointments can only be cancelled up to 3 days in advance. Message us on WhatsApp as early as you can. The 20 € deposit is non-refundable.
Do you braid children's hair?
Children should be at least 12 years old, and each style is charged at the same price as for adults.
Can I get a quote before booking?
Absolutely. Send a photo of the style plus the length you want and we'll give you an exact price, including whether extensions are covered.
What should I bring, and how should I arrive?
Come with freshly washed, blow-dried, product-free hair, and please avoid hoodies — they get in the way while we braid. If you're supplying your own braiding hair, it must be dropped off at least 3 days before your appointment.
I'm travelling from another city — can you help with timing?
Yes. Tell us where you're coming from and we'll suggest a start time that works with your train, and let you know roughly when you'll be finished.
